The rectangular pink marble top over an elaborately carved and gilded base, the frieze centered by a foliate form on a lattice and punchwork ground, with carved strapwork centering cartouches, on exaggerated cabriole legs all entwined with carved foliate forms, with a large x-form scrolled stretcher carved with fruits, centering a winged gargoyle mask, on whorl feet, each carved with a fantasical mask
