Jane Williams Richard was a 20th Century American artist. Born in Kent, Ohio in 1929, she lived and worked in Cuyahoga Falls most of her life.

Jane was a member of the Akron Society of Artists, Women's Art League, Tri County Society of Artists, Cuyahoga Valley Art Center and the Akron Art Museum. She studied art at the Frank J. Reilly School of Art in New York City, the University of Ohio, the Robert Brackman School of Art, Connecticut, and with Larry Quackenbush and Don Drumm of Akron.

Jane showed her paintings at many exhibitions, including Akron in Art Annual Members Exhibitions and the Cuyahoga Valley Art Center. She won many awards for her work including Best of Show at the Summit County Fair, Artists Guild First Award and was a Motorola Regional Finalist.

Married to fellow artist John P. Richard for 38 years, Jane displayed her artwork in Richard’s gallery, Jack Richards Gallery, in Cuyahoga Falls.

Jane died in 2010.
