George Sacco was born in Sommerdale, Ohio in 1935 to Thomas and Minnie Sacco.
Sacco graduated from Dover High School and was a Marine Veteran. He was an assistant Professor of Art at Kent State University and owned Plum Creek School of Pottery. Sacco exhibited at the Syracuse Ceramic Nationals in 1966.
Sacco passed away in 2014 at the age of 78.
