Arthur D Brooks, born in Cleveland, Ohio was a painter of interiors, landscapes and still lifes. He studied at Cornell University and at the Cleveland School of Art as a student of Henry G. Keller. Maintaining a studio in Cleveland, he exhibited frequently at the Cleveland Museum of Art, winning numerous prizes and awards.
